Return to Yourself

A weekend to release, reconnect & remember who you are · Lake Conroe, Texas · December 4–6, 2026.

Sometimes, the Most Important Journey Is the One Back to Yourself.

There comes a point in life when you begin to recognize that something has shifted.

Perhaps you've spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, carrying responsibilities, or simply doing what needed to be done.

Somewhere along the way, your own needs, desires, and sense of self may have become less familiar.

You may not even know exactly what needs to change.

You just know that something within you is asking for your attention.

Return to Yourself Retreat was created for that moment.

A space to step away from everyday demands, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with the person beneath the roles, expectations, and experiences that have shaped your life.

Not to become someone new.

But to begin remembering who you are.

The Experience

Three Days. Two Nights. Space Just for You.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Conroe, Return to Yourself offers an intimate weekend experience designed around reflection, relaxation, meaningful connection, and personal discovery.

Surrounded by water and nature, you'll have the opportunity to slow down and explore what it means to reconnect with yourself.

Throughout the weekend, we'll gently explore awareness, emotional patterns, letting go, self-compassion, and the relationship between our inner experiences and the way we move through life.

Our approach brings together mindfulness, reflective practices, gentle movement, and an inclusive exploration of science and spirituality.

There is no expectation to arrive with answers.

No pressure to share personal experiences.

And no requirement to believe anything in particular.

Just an invitation to be present, curious, and open to your own experience.

What You'll Experience

Guided Reflection & Self-Discovery

Explore the beliefs, emotional patterns, and experiences that have influenced how you see yourself and the world around you.

Through thoughtful questions, journaling, and guided conversations, you'll have opportunities to recognize what may be ready for change.

Mindfulness & Awareness Practices

Discover accessible ways to become more present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences.

Through gentle breathing exercises, quiet reflection, and mindfulness practices, we'll explore how awareness can create space between what we experience and how we respond.

Releasing What No Longer Serves You

One of the central experiences of the weekend is a guided releasing ceremony.

This intentional practice offers an opportunity to reflect on what you've been carrying and symbolically release beliefs, expectations, or emotional burdens that you feel ready to set down.

Participation is always voluntary, and you decide what the experience means for you.

Reiki & Energy-Based Relaxation

Explore Reiki as an optional complementary wellness practice centered on relaxation and intentional presence.

No previous experience or spiritual belief is required.

Connection & Community

Share space with women who are also making time for themselves.

Through conversation, shared experiences, and moments of quiet connection, we create opportunities for understanding and community.

Personal sharing is always optional.

Rest, Nature & Stillness

Not every moment needs to be filled with activity.

Enjoy peaceful lake views, time outdoors, quiet reflection, and opportunities simply to rest.

The natural surroundings are an important part of the experience, offering space to slow down and reconnect with the present moment.

A Glimpse Into Your Weekend

Friday — Arriving & Unwinding

The beginning of your return.

Arrive, settle into your surroundings, and begin transitioning away from the pace of everyday life.

The evening focuses on welcome, connection, setting personal intentions, and creating a comfortable foundation for the weekend.

Saturday — Awareness, Reflection & Release

Creating space for what comes next.

Saturday offers guided experiences focused on self-awareness, recognizing personal patterns, mindful reflection, and releasing what no longer feels aligned.

The day includes opportunities for rest, meaningful conversation, and quiet personal time.

A guided releasing ceremony provides an intentional moment to acknowledge what you're ready to leave behind.

Sunday — Reconnection & Integration

Carrying the experience home.

Sunday is about bringing your reflections together.

Through gentle practices and personal intention-setting, you'll have an opportunity to consider how to carry greater awareness and self-connection into everyday life.

The weekend closes with reflection, gratitude, and a renewed invitation to honor your own journey.

The final schedule and individual activities will be shared before the retreat.

Your Retreat Setting

A Peaceful Lakefront Escape

Located in the Lake Conroe area of Montgomery, Texas, our retreat takes place in a private lakefront home offering a comfortable, intimate setting.

The property features inviting indoor gathering areas, outdoor decks, a swimming pool, and beautiful views of the lake.

The surroundings provide opportunities for group experiences as well as personal moments of reflection.

Rather than a large conference-style retreat, we've intentionally chosen a smaller setting where the atmosphere can feel more personal, relaxed, and welcoming.

Nourishment & Hospitality

Thoughtful hospitality is part of the experience.

Your weekend includes meals, refreshments, and snacks, allowing you to focus on being present rather than planning the details of your day.

Vegetarian meal options are planned as part of the retreat experience.

We aim to create a comfortable and inclusive environment, and guests will have an opportunity to communicate dietary needs before arrival.

Is This Retreat for You?

Return to Yourself may resonate with you if:

You've spent so much time meeting others' needs that you've lost touch with your own.

You're navigating a season of personal change or transition.

You're questioning old beliefs, patterns, or expectations.

You feel drawn to greater self-awareness and meaningful reflection.

You're interested in mindfulness, personal growth, or exploring the relationship between science and spirituality.

You simply need time away from the demands of everyday life.

You don't need to be at a particular stage of healing, have experience with meditation, or identify with any specific spiritual tradition.

You only need a willingness to make space for yourself.

A Gentle Invitation to Disconnect

Throughout the retreat, we encourage guests to consider taking a voluntary break from the constant distractions of phones and digital devices.

This is not a requirement.

You'll remain able to communicate with loved ones and handle emergencies whenever necessary.

The invitation is simply to notice what becomes possible when we create more space for presence.
